Today is the last full day of activities for the summer of 2024. Tomorrow’s afternoon schedule is a little different. Kids are working hard on those final stars and having fun with friends in activities. Breakfast this morning was french toast and lunch was orange chicken and rice. Sports and Games played Klepton today, which is a crowd favorite, and includes a story about planets at war and needing to unite the ions. Whenever they announce Klepton, all they have to do is clap their hands together high above their head and the whole dining room follows suit and kids know exactly what’s up! Tonight after dinner will be the counselor show. It’s usually on the last night of camp, but tomorrow is the Water Campfire honoring the Leaders, so the counselor show will be tonight. Kids LOVE the counselor show, full of all kinds of hilarious skits. It’s so hard to believe this session is almost over. These short sessions just fly!
