We are really enjoying the change in weather from last session. It’s supposed to get hot again next week, but for now we are soaking in the cooler, less humid nighttimes, better for sleeping, and the warm sunny days that aren’t swelteringly hot. Breakfast this morning was french toast sticks and bacon, and lunch was chicken drumsticks and potato wedges. Sports and Games is playing Bennis on the baseball field today…which, yes, is yet another made up Deerhorn game. It combines baseball and tennis. Not to be confused with  Gasebolf, which is also played on the baseball field and involves hitting a tennis ball with a golf club on home plate and then running the bases backwards. Not much else to report here…just having fun on this beautiful Deerhorn day!
