I’m not sure there’s any photo that better sums up the joy of a day at Deerhorn than a six year-old on the waterslide. It was another warm one at Deerhorn, so the slide was busy all day. Horseback riding was full all day, as was riflery and archery. Lots of kids got some tennis instruction from our favorite tennis pro, Brian. If you ask any dad what they did today, most will answer, “Pretty much everything!” It’s amazing what you can pack into just one day at Deerhorn. No wonder some of them need a nap! 😉 Breakfast this morning was waffles and bacon, and lunch was homemade pizza (“Best pizza ever” was heard at our table!) and caesar salad. After dinner, we’ll do fathers vs sons Capture the Flag, followed by another Deerhorn campfire. We are so very lucky to have so many great entertainers, especially during Father Son 3 and 4! The sun is shining, and we’re all loving life at Deerhorn!
