Happy 4th of July from Camp Deerhorn! I’m pretty sure we sang the national anthem four different times today. 😉 Breakfast was blueberry pancakes, and  lunch was BBQ chick and a picnic lunch on the beach! I heard more than one kid say “We should do this every day!” This morning we did regular activities and we did the first two periods of afternoon activities as well. At 4, we did the 4th of July relays, including dizzy bat and caterpillar races. After dinner, it was the staff soccer game. Kids got to place bets on which counselors were going to score goals, and it was a wild and crazy game, as usual! It was another hot and sunny day for this 4th of July. We hope that yours was just as fun as ours was!
