Big Fishing Fun

Today was our guided fishing day at Father Son 4. We  hire professional guides for the day to take our dads and sons out for an hour at a time. Some kids want to fish for the smaller panfish, with more of a guarantee that they’ll catch something. Others want to go after the elusive musky, the fish of 10,000 casts. And for three off our families, it was their lucky day! The Morton family caught a 35″ musky, the Martinez family caught a 40″ musky, and the Moores landed a 43″ musky! That’s definitely more muskies than we’ve caught in any one Father Son camp! Even if they didn’t catch the big one, our families had a great time with the guides! Breakfast this morning was egg hash, bacon, and biscuits & gravy, and lunch was chicken patties. It’s our last full day of Father Son 4, and dads and sons kept busy with all of our fun activities! At 4:30, we had a softball game of the dads vs the staff. After dinner, it was time for dads vs sons vs staff in Braveheart, and we’ll have one more Father son campfire to end the day. What a great session it’s been!
