B in a Koogee

There’s a lot happening during B session. One Voyager trip is coming home, another is getting ready to leave. The 4th of July is later this week, and we’re packing in as much fun in activities as possible. We did koogee pictures today at rest hour, which is always SO fun! Kids get really into it, sometimes with props and costumes. Breakfast this morning was scrambled egg hash and biscuits, lunch was pulled pork sliders, and dinner was chicken tacos with ice cream for dessert. Sports and Games played football on the soccer field. The first group of Voyagers spent the morning cleaning up from their trip, getting all the gear ready for the next group to leave Sunday. The turnaround is quick! The pictures the Voyagers took on their trip can be found here on our SmugMug site! It was hot and muggy here today, so horseback riding ended up on the waterfront by the afternoon. It’s the first real hot day we’ve had this summer and based on the forecast, the whole week will be the same. But that just means more fun in the water! The after dinner activity was all-camp Capture the Flag.
