Whew! It’s another hot one here at Camp Deerhorn! By the afternoon, Sports and Games and Horseback Riding headed down to the waterfront for some water jousting to cool off in the 90 degree temperatures. Kids also had fun going down the waterslide, playing on the sailboards, and just swimming in the A-dock.

Breakfast was pancakes and sausage, lunch was chicken sandwiches, and we’re all looking forward to spaghetti and meatballs and caesar salad for dinner! Today was the last full day of regular activities. Tomorrow’s schedule is a little different. So kids are working hard to earn those last few stars in activities. Tonight after dinner will be team competitions, followed by our campfire that we missed last night because of the amazing fireworks. Check out Instagram and Facebook for some videos of the display!
