Cam has taken so many great pics over the last 24 hours, it was hard to decide on just a few for the blog! He stayed at the campfire last night to get great s’mores and post-campfire pics. He took awesome brother pictures today and fun activity pics this morning. They are such a perfect encapsulation of the pure joy and fun that these boys are having at camp! Our campfire last night was awesome,  packed with not only great entertainers, but tons of their friends who joined for loud, joyous singing. Those are the best campfires. He took brother pictures after breakfast and we love seeing who shows up…it’s never just brothers, but so many friends who see themselves as brothers and want their pic taken together. Boys are notoriously not always camera-willing, but boy do they ham it up for brother pictures! After lunch, it was time for the second Voyager group to foodpack! (And this director survived a morning at the Rhinelander Wal-Mart on 4th of July weekend! 😉  It’s so fun in the lodge before lunch, as kids gather waiting to go into lunch, and have so many questions about why there is so much food in the lodge. And for the Voyagers who are leaving Sunday, it’s a very tangible, exciting afternoon, realizing that it’s almost their turn to finally, actually go! Breakfast this morning was biscuits, eggs, and sausage. Lunch was chicken patties and mac & cheese, and dinner was chicken broccoli alfredo, with root beer floats for dessert. It was another awesome day at Deerhorn, packed with way too much fun. The photos speak for themselves!
